One of my dearest friends Janelle had her housewarming party a couple of weeks ago.  I promised to take some photos. Her home was filled with great friends and family, delicious foods and lots of laughter.

Her new condo, a chic little place near the Waterfront in Washington DC. inside, it’s painted and decorated as colorful and beautiful as its owner. Here are some photos from that day.

We had a really long winter this year and when the weather started to warm up everything came into full color.

I was privileged to be able to spend some sweet quality time with the Lewis family. It was a perfect day in Washington DC and we enjoyed it outside. They got to play around while I had fun capturing some memories.

Last Sunday the Bean family and I went to the U. S. Botanic Garden in DC for their Christmas photos. I’ve been friends with the Beans for many years and have always been blessed by their friendship. This session was special because I had the chance to play with Alex and spend a little more time with Andrew the latest addition to their family.

What an absolutely loving family. I had such a great  and relaxing time with them. While editing their photos seeing the smiles of Alex (their 3 1/2 yr old) would just make me smile – he is the cutest thing and very photogenic which always helps

Cameron was such a little star in front of the camera. What a photogenic little guy. I had the opportunity to do a photo session with Karen, Kwa and Cameron at the Brookside Gardens in Maryland. It was getting cold but Cameron was such a great sport. Here are some photos from that session.
